My sister Terry was in town for a short visit. We went to the Desert Botanical Garden (DBG) in Phoenix. This post has a description and some photographs.
Mary Ann was busy with a school activity and couldn’t make it to the DBG. Many of the cacti were in bloom, so I got a lot of cactus flower pictures. We also went to the butterfly exhibit. I didn’t get many bird pictures, but I included a few. I had hoped for a good Cactus Wren photo, but didn’t have any luck (though we did see some Cactus Wrens).
