Visit to the Boyce Thompson Arboretum and to the RPWR in March 2016

This post has some photos from a visit to the Boyce Thompson Arboretum and the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch.

Dave and I went to Boyce on March 12, 2016. There was a report of a a Hooded Oriole, but we didn’t see it. There weren’t many birds this trip, but it was a nice day and we had a good time.

Mary Ann and I took a walk at the RPWR with a friend visiting from Washington DC. I included one photo of an American Avocet.
