Boyce Thompson Arboretum with Amy, June 2, 2019

Mary Ann’s sister Amy came for a visit, and we took her to the Boyce Thompson Arboretum (BTA). We got there about 8:15, and stayed until lunch time. We had lunch in Superior at Los Hermanos, which is our usual (since Casa Denogean closed).

BTA was beautiful – lots of wildlife (birds), butterflies, and flowers in bloom. As usual, I don’t try very hard to ID the flowers at BTA, because it has flowers from all over the world, which makes it difficult.

We had a great time, and it was fun to have Amy visit!

I love the dragonfly pictures and the landscape picture close to the end of the slideshow is beautiful!

These are great, Joe. So much beauty! Thanks for sharing. If MaryAnn ever wants company, I’d love to tag along on one of your nearby excursions.
